Every business has an origin story, and ours starts with a simple idea and the courage to try something new. It all began when I (Christina) decided to take my content creation journey seriously. Justin dove straight into research mode, spending hours comparing cameras to find the perfect one for me. I really admired his dedication and thoughtfulness and bonus for me since I didn't have to do it. He landed on the Sony A6700, but after getting the camera in hand, I realized that for my workflow, quick filming, fast edits, and same-day uploads, my phone was simply the better tool.
Since I wasn't using it much, he picked it up one afternoon and started shooting wildlife. It quickly became a hobby he really enjoyed. He woke up early mornings on weekends to capture wildlife and came home and showed me all the animals he took pictures of. Before long, he decided to take up taking people portraits (pictured below) of our friends. From that first shoot, he knew he wanted to transition from wildlife to portraits.
That’s when the real spark ignited. We looked at each other and realized we had something powerful: two complementary passions and a shared drive to create. I had content creation storytelling, social media, and video and he had photography portraits, composition, and a natural eye for light. What if we combined them into one business? We learned about pricing in the DFW area, client communication, and balancing being business partners and life partners.
Once we committed, things grew fast. Our portfolio continues to expand, and clients come to us for both professional photography and content creation. Today, we’re proud to offer both services to the DFW community. Whether you need portraits, event coverage, or social media content that truly connects with your vision we’re here for it. This journey started from scratch, with a phone, a camera, and a dream. And we’re just getting started.
